The questions that our customers have asked us before, or that we think they might! If you should have a question not covered on this page, then we'd love to hear from you; the question and answer may well then end up here, for the benefit of all!
Payment for any of our goods or services is made via a secure portal to PayPal, acting on our behalf as a third party. The process is simple (and we like that!)... you select your goods and/or service by clicking on the appropriate button, which automatically takes you through to PayPal. You can instantly check that what you have ordered is correct, adjust quantities required and then either continue shopping to repeat the process, or proceed on to the checkout/payment stage. Of course you may view your shopping cart at any stage.
You are in control throughout, and can adjust quantities, delete selected items or cancel the whole order as you see fit! PayPal will explain and show you all that you need to know, with a little help from us! So... simple to order, simple to pay, simple to deliver! We accept all major credit and debit cards and, of course, you can also pay from your PayPal account, should you have one.
Diva Wrappings is not currently VAT registered; VAT is not, therefore, applied to your order. The price you see is the price you pay.
We currently deliver to the Mainland UK, including the Highlands and Islands, using Royal Mail's Recorded (Signed For) Second Class service. The delivery aim is for 3 days (upon shipping of your order) if you live within the yellow zone of the map, 3 - 5 days if you live within the blue zone, and 3 - 7 days if you live within the red zone. We do not sit on your order once placed... if we can get it out the same day we will! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next working day.*
We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom Mainland, Highlands and Islands at this time. We may well do so, however, in due course.
* By next working day we mean (essentially) when the Post Office is open to receive your package from us for its onward journey!
Do you offer a first class or next day delivery service?
No, not at the present time in either case, but we'll keep our options open, and may well increase postal service types and speed of delivery in due course.

When and how may we contact Candlewick?
Diva wrappings may be contacted 24 hrs a day, 365 days of the year by email or by using our online contact form. We may additionally be contacted by phone on Mondays through to Saturdays between 9am and 5pm; If for some reason we cannot come to the phone and answer your call in person, then messaging services are available. We'll call you back as quickly as possible, so do leave a day and time that would suit you best, as well as your name, contact number and reason for calling. You may also fax us. Occasionally our site may be down for essential maintenance, or (rarely) for downtime reasons outside of our control. We do our best to ensure that essential maintenance happens at a time that causes minimal disruption to our customers. Should the site need to be closed for longer time spells, e.g., during certain holiday periods, then we'll post a forward warning notice on the front page of our site informing you of the dates of closure and how this may affect you.
